DTF Gang Sheet Builder
Build your own DTF gang sheet, if you don't have a prepared template, upload your artwork, resize it, remove backgrounds, and create duplicates according to your requirements.
Conditions
Artwork must be print ready: 300 DPI PNG file with a transparent background is the only file type we accept
The design specifications for the project require a maximum width of 22 inches a CMYK color mode PNG format with a transparent background and it should not be mirrored.
To convert to a CMYK profile, you will need to utilize a design program such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw or similar.
Operating Instructions:
1. Pressing Temperature: 300°F-325°F*.
2. Apply medium pressure (6KG) for 9-13 seconds.
3. After pressing, allow the material to cool for 20 seconds.
